Here we are with the second module of “Learning to handle acute pediatric case in a clinical set up”. In this module, students will be demonstrating the steps in handling acute emergencies, the skills required and the qualities one must imbibe in order to be a good Physician. The module focuses on:
• Receiving the patient in emergency
• Qualities of physician – required in emergency
• Importance of vitals
• Importance of symptomatology
• Importance of examination
• To be able to differentiate upcoming differential diagnosis and arrive to a final diagnosis.

This case can be managed with homoeopathy considering the acute totality with help of repertorisation best indicated remedy can give her relief. Remedies that I can think of for this acute state Antim tart Ipecac bufo Rana etc Also understand cause of acute flare of bronchial Asthma is important. For further management.
